一、系统概述

四、系统(tong)主要功能(neng)
1、实时信息查询功能
系(xi)统可以查看井下各个区(qu)域(yu)人员实时分布(bu)情况、查询(xun)指(zhi)定人员的实时位(wei)置(zhi)。
(1)干部跟班下井管理
系统能对干部(bu)下井(jing)情况进(jin)行统计、监(jian)督,通过(guo)电(dian)脑或调度室大屏可以查看当值干部(bu)下井(jing)、升井(jing)、是否到达规(gui)定区域等(deng)信息。
(2)区域(yu)人员统计功能
系统具备自定义区(qu)域人员信息统计功能,任意框(kuang)选区(qu)域,系统自动(dong)统计出该区(qu)域人员数量,当班领导等(deng)信息。
2、报警功能
(1)定位卡具备报警功能
定位卡(ka)、信息(xi)(xi)矿灯可以通过(guo)求救按(an)钮(niu),向地面中心站发(fa)出求救信息(xi)(xi),地面中心也可以通过(guo)软件呼叫井下定位卡(ka)和信息(xi)(xi)矿灯。
定位卡、信息矿(kuang)灯、上位机软件都具备低电量报警功能。
(2)禁区告警
系统可以(yi)对特(te)殊区域进行禁(jin)区划分和权限设(she)置,当有人员(yuan)(yuan)非法进入时,系统立刻报警提醒人员(yuan)(yuan)离开,并向地面工作人员(yuan)(yuan)警示闯入禁(jin)区者的身份信息。
(3)工(gong)作超时报(bao)警、超员报(bao)警
当出(chu)现(xian)井(jing)下(xia)作业(ye)人员(yuan)超出(chu)规定时间、井(jing)下(xia)总(zong)人数(shu)超过核(he)定下(xia)井(jing)人数(shu)、区域人员(yuan)数(shu)量超出(chu)限(xian)制等情况时系统将立刻报警并记录。
重(zhong)点(dian)区(qu)域入口(kou)与出口(kou)处可增设矿(kuang)用语音显示(shi)屏,显示(shi)当(dang)前重(zhong)点(dian)区(qu)域人员信息(xi)、进出重(zhong)点(dian)区(qu)域时间。
3、历史信息查询
(1)考勤功(gong)能
系统能(neng)够(gou)准确统计人(ren)员(yuan)下(xia)(xia)井、升(sheng)井时(shi)间(jian)(jian)、下(xia)(xia)井次(ci)数、下(xia)(xia)井总(zong)时(shi)间(jian)(jian)、平均(jun)每次(ci)下(xia)(xia)井时(shi)间(jian)(jian)等信(xin)息系统还(hai)可以按班次(ci)、按部门、按人(ren)员(yuan)生成(cheng)日考勤、月(yue)考勤统计报(bao)表(biao),并(bing)提供(gong)打印功(gong)能(neng)。
(2)历(li)史(shi)轨迹查询
系统可以显示某(mou)一历史(shi)时刻的(de)人员、车辆信息;也可以根据部门、班次等情况(kuang),通(tong)过二维或三维图(tu)形显示功能直观的(de)查看多个人员的(de)历史(shi)运动轨迹。
4、车辆管理功能
系(xi)统支持“车(che)辆超(chao)速报警(jing)功能”。
系统(tong)支(zhi)持实(shi)时监测:可分类型对井下运行(xing)的车辆进行(xing)实(shi)时位置(zhi)查询及分区域数量统(tong)计(ji);
可(ke)通过机车(che)(che)卡号、车(che)(che)牌号分时间段进行查询:可(ke)定义紧急(ji)需求车(che)(che)辆(liang)为(wei)急(ji)件车(che)(che)辆(liang),对(dui)其运(yun)行轨迹进行重点监测。
系统支(zhi)持信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)管理(li);可定义、修改机车的各种基本信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi),如修改类型为:平(ping)板车、花(hua)车、矿车等基本信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)。
5、三维GIS图形显示功能(neng)
三维平台支(zhi)持GIS图(tu)形(xing)显示功能,系统具有直观、空(kong)间位置关系清(qing)楚、信(xin)息量大等优(you)点,方便调(diao)度人员(yuan)获取信(xin)息。
三维平台支持GIS信息接入,结合最新的KJ1628J煤矿井下(xia)(xia)人员(yuan)精确定位系统(UWB),可以(yi)实时获取并下(xia)(xia)作业人员(yuan)的GIS坐标。
三维(wei)平台支(zhi)持多个自(zi)(zi)定义场景自(zi)(zi)动巡检功(gong)能。
三维平(ping)台完全(quan)由(you)我(wo)公司(si)自主开(kai)发,可将煤矿AutoCAD图(tu)纸导入(ru)自动(dong)生成井下图(tu)形(xing),平(ping)台配(pei)置(zhi)了煤矿设备、建筑(zhu)等常见模型(xing),方便用(yong)户使用(yong)。经过简单的培训,用(yong)户可以(yi)自行(xing)延伸巷(xiang)道(dao),添(tian)加或(huo)者删除(chu)设备、建筑(zhu)等。
6、多系统(tong)融(rong)合联动功(gong)能
系统(tong)采用通用标准协议便于对(dui)接(jie)安全监(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)、应急广(guang)播(bo)、调(diao)度通讯、视(shi)频监(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)、信集闭、信息发(fa)布、风机监(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)、水泵监(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)等各类子(zi)系统(tong),实现数(shu)(shu)据(ju)显示、联动(dong)、分析(xi)功能。在发(fa)生(sheng)紧急情(qing)况需立即撤(che)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)时,系统(tong)会根(gen)据(ju)安全监(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)员(yuan)定(ding)位、通风监(jian)测等系统(tong)的实时数(shu)(shu)据(ju),结合井下巷道网络,自(zi)动(dong)生(sheng)成险(xian)情(qing)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)员(yuan)统(tong)计、沿路救生(sheng)设备(bei)情(qing)况、通信设备(bei)状态、最佳避灾线(xian)路推(tui)荐(jian)、险(xian)情(qing)区(qu)域视(shi)频监(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)自(zi)动(dong)调(diao)取等一系列应急数(shu)(shu)据(ju)。供调(diao)度人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)员(yuan)参考,并(bing)可以联动(dong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)员(yuan)定(ding)位、应急广(guang)播(bo)、调(diao)度通信等系统(tong)指挥危(wei)险(xian)区(qu)域人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)员(yuan)撤(che)离。
7、故障自诊断、自评(ping)估功能
系统具(ju)有软件自监视功能、软件容错功能、双机热(re)备功能。
系统具(ju)备定位卡(ka)好坏识别(bie)功能,它(ta)可以(yi)迅速判断定位卡(ka)的好坏及输(shu)入的正确性(xing)。
系统(tong)中(zhong)的设备(bei)发生故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)时,系统(tong)立刻报警并(bing)记录故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)时间和故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)设备(bei),以供查询及(ji)打印。
8、联网(wang)功能
系(xi)统(tong)(tong)可将各矿(kuang)人员定(ding)位系(xi)统(tong)(tong)数据(ju)统(tong)(tong)一(yi)传输到(dao)联(lian)网平(ping)台(tai)上,用户可以通过网页(ye)察看各矿(kuang)人员定(ding)位系(xi)统(tong)(tong)数据(ju)。
