一(yi)、系(xi)统简介
为了降低(di)矿井泵站(zhan)运(yun)行(xing)费用,提高矿井泵站(zhan)的自动化程度(du),根(gen)据矿井泵站(zhan)的运(yun)行(xing)工艺特点,我们设计了矿井水(shui)泵自动控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)统,采用可编程控(kong)制(zhi)器(PLC)进行(xing)(xing)控(kong)制,可(ke)(ke)自动检测水(shui)(shui)仓水(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)、水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)参数(shu)和(he)(he)其他参数(shu),并且通过图形、图象(xiang)、曲(qu)线、数(shu)据(ju)、文字(zi)等方式,直(zhi)观、形象(xiang)、实时(shi)(shi)准确地反映(ying)系统(tong)(tong)工作(zuo)状态以(yi)及水(shui)(shui)仓水(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)、电(dian)机工作(zuo)电(dian)流、电(dian)机温度、轴承温度、排水(shui)(shui)管(guan)流量水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)状态等参数(shu)。根据(ju)水(shui)(shui)仓水(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)的高低(di)、矿井(jing)用(yong)(yong)(yong)电(dian)信息等因素(su),建立(li)数(shu)学模型,控(kong)制水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)轮流工作(zuo)与适时(shi)(shi)启动备(bei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng),合理调度多台水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)运(yun)行(xing)(xing),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)达到避(bi)峰填谷及节能的目的。同时(shi)(shi),系统(tong)(tong)通过双绞线或(huo)光缆传(chuan)输(shu)设备(bei)联网,可(ke)(ke)以(yi)实现(xian)多泵(beng)站无人(ren)值(zhi)守泵(beng)站群控(kong)运(yun)行(xing)(xing),大(da)大(da)降(jiang)低(di)矿井(jing)泵(beng)站运(yun)行(xing)(xing)人(ren)工费用(yong)(yong)(yong),让有限的运(yun)行(xing)(xing)费用(yong)(yong)(yong)更多的用(yong)(yong)(yong)于泵(beng)站设备(bei)改造、维修和(he)(he)维护,更有效提高泵(beng)站设备(bei)完好率和(he)(he)可(ke)(ke)用(yong)(yong)(yong)保证(zheng)率,使水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)控(kong)制系统(tong)(tong)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)地工作(zuo),降(jiang)低(di)矿井(jing)安(an)全(quan)隐患,提高矿井(jing)生产的安(an)全(quan)系数(shu)。通过设定运(yun)行(xing)(xing)程序对整座泵(beng)站进行(xing)(xing)运(yun)行(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)监控(kong),实现(xian)半无人(ren)值(zhi)守或(huo)无人(ren)值(zhi)守。
二、系统(tong)特点
PLC控制程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)采用模块化(hua)结构,系统(tong)可按程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)模块分段调(diao)试(shi),分段运行。该(gai)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)结构具有(you)清晰、简捷、易懂,便(bian)于模拟(ni)调(diao)试(shi),运行速度快等特点(dian)。
系统根据水(shui)位和(he)水(shui)泵电机温度控制原(yuan)则,自动(dong)实现(xian)水(shui)泵的(de)轮(lun)换工作(zuo),延长(zhang)了(le)水(shui)泵的(de)使(shi)用(yong)寿命。
可手动、自(zi)动启动或(huo)停止水泵的(de)运行,以(yi)及开关闸阀(fa)(fa)和控制(zhi)闸阀(fa)(fa)的(de)开度进行流量控制(zhi);
系统根据水仓水位、涌水量、电网负(fu)荷(he)确定(ding)开、停水泵时(shi)间(jian)及水泵的数量。
PLC自动(dong)检测(ce)水位信号,根据水位高低,自动(dong)投入和退出水泵运(yun)(yun)行(xing)台数,合(he)理地调度水泵运(yun)(yun)行(xing)。
系统控(kong)制具有自动、半自动和手动3种工作方式。
具有对电机(ji)过热、过载和水泵压力、流量等的保护(hu)功能(neng);
可实时监测(ce)、显示(shi)水仓水位、流量、电(dian)压、电(dian)流、压力(li)、真空度(du)、温度(du)、闸阀开度(du)等(deng)一系列参数;
提供以(yi)太网接口、标准的RS485接(jie)口,可与(yu)电力监控系统、矿井监控系统联(lian)网。
三、系统功能
在上位机监(jian)控画面上动态监(jian)控水泵及(ji)其附属设(she)备(bei)的(de)运(yun)行状况。
实时显示水位、温度(du)、电(dian)流、电(dian)压等参数(shu),超限报警,故(gu)障画面自(zi)动弹出,故(gu)障点自(zi)动闪(shan)烁。
具有故障(zhang)记录,历(li)史(shi)数据查询等功能。
系(xi)统具有(you)通讯接口功能,PLC可与(yu)地面监(jian)(jian)测(ce)监(jian)(jian)控(kong)主机通讯,传送数据,交换(huan)信息,实现遥(yao)(yao)测(ce)遥(yao)(yao)控(kong)功(gong)能(neng)。
系统保(bao)(bao)护(hu)功(gong)能有以下几种:超温(wen)保(bao)(bao)护(hu):水泵(beng)长期运行,当电机温(wen)度超出(chu)允许(xu)值时,通过温(wen)度保(bao)(bao)护(hu)装置(zhi)及PLC实现超限报警,当(dang)温度过高时,自动(dong)转换为启动(dong)另一台水(shui)泵(beng);电(dian)动(dong)机(ji)故障:利用PLC及液晶屏(ping)监视水(shui)泵电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机过(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、低(di)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)等(deng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)气故障(zhang)(zhang),并参与控制;电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)动闸阀(fa)故障(zhang)(zhang):由电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)动机综(zong)保(bao)监视闸阀(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机的过(guo)载、短路、漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、断相等(deng)故障(zhang)(zhang),并参与水(shui)泵的联(lian)锁控制。
